For more than nine years, Azran Osman-Rani has led Naluri as its Group CEO & Co-Founder, transforming the company into one of Southeast Asia’s leading digital health technology platforms. Under his leadership, Naluri has combined behavioural science, data science, and digital innovation to help individuals manage chronic diseases, mental health, and overall well-being while partnering with insurers, corporations, and healthcare providers across the region.

As CEO of iflix Malaysia and a member of its founding leadership team, he helped launch and expand one of the region’s fastest-growing streaming platforms through strategic partnerships and market expansion. Earlier, as Chief Executive Officer of AirAsia X Berhad, he successfully led the airline through a period of significant international growth, establishing it as one of Asia’s leading long-haul low-cost carriers.
