Viviantie Sarjuni marks more than a year of dedication and impactful leadership as she takes on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Institut Keusahawanan Negara (INSKEN).
This appointment reflects her extensive expertise in entrepreneurship development, startup ecosystem building, innovation strategy, SME growth, public policy, and community empowerment, established through years of leadership across Malaysia’s entrepreneurial landscape.
As Chief Executive Officer of INSKEN, Viviantie is entrusted with driving the organisation’s mission to strengthen Malaysia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by empowering startups, SMEs, and aspiring entrepreneurs through capability development, business acceleration, mentorship, and strategic partnerships. Her appointment underscores the confidence placed in her ability to champion innovation, cultivate entrepreneurial talent, and contribute to sustainable economic growth at the national level.
Before joining INSKEN, Viviantie served as Chief Executive Officer of Sabah Creative Economy & Innovation Hub, where she played a pivotal role in advancing Sabah’s innovation ecosystem. During her tenure, she spearheaded programmes that supported startups, nurtured creative industries, strengthened entrepreneurial capabilities, and fostered collaboration between government, industry, and academia to accelerate innovation-led economic development.
Beyond her executive leadership, Viviantie continues to make meaningful contributions to Malaysia’s entrepreneurial community as President of Chevening Alumni Malaysia, while also serving as Co-Founder of Borneo Specialty Coffee (BosCo), promoting premium coffee from Borneo and supporting rural farming communities. She is also the Founder of Borneo Startup Community (BoSCo), an initiative dedicated to cultivating innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup growth across the region.
