Hazleen Salim marks more than 15 years of dedication and a remarkable leadership journey at Accenture as she steps into the role of Managing Director – Technology Service Lead, Energy & Infrastructure, Accenture Malaysia. This progression reflects the depth of her expertise across technology consulting, digital transformation, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and large-scale transformation leadership, built through a career spanning consulting, strategy, public policy, and business transformation.

In her new role, Hazleen takes on a pivotal leadership position within Accenture Malaysia, where she will lead the Technology Services portfolio for the Energy & Infrastructure sector. This appointment places her at the centre of driving digital transformation, technology-enabled growth, and innovation across one of the most critical sectors of the economy, helping organisations navigate complex change while strengthening operational resilience and long-term competitiveness.

Hazleen’s journey at Accenture has been defined by steady progression through increasingly strategic leadership roles. Over the years, she has led major portfolios across Health & Public Services, Resources, and Utilities in both Malaysia and Southeast Asia, while building strong capabilities in IT strategy, transformation, governance, service management, and operating model design. Her career within the firm reflects not only longevity, but also a consistent ability to lead high-impact transformation work across industries.

Before joining Accenture, Hazleen built a strong foundation through leadership and consulting roles at IBM and The iA Group, where she worked across strategy, change, business development, and public policy. She also continues to contribute to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, reflecting her commitment to developing future leaders alongside shaping industry transformation.
