Roza Ngah marks more than 8 years of dedication and continued impact at Emerson’s Automation Technologies & Solutions. She takes on the role of Country HR Leader.

This progression reflects her deep expertise across human resources strategy, organisational development, employee engagement, talent management, HR operations, and workforce transformation, built through a career spanning manufacturing, infrastructure, industrial services, and multinational corporate environments.

In her current role, Roza leads the people agenda for Emerson Automation Solutions in Malaysia, overseeing strategic HR priorities that support business growth, organisational capability, talent development, employee relations, and long-term workforce planning. Her appointment highlights the trust placed in her leadership to align people strategy with business direction while strengthening culture, performance, and organisational resilience in a fast-evolving industrial and technology-driven environment.

Before stepping into this role, Roza served as Head of Human Resources (Senior Manager) at Emerson Automation Solutions, where she led the full spectrum of HR functions for the company’s manufacturing entities in Malaysia. During this period, she partnered closely with business leaders to drive employee engagement, succession planning, workforce capability building, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and performance management, while helping the organisation navigate both internal transformation and external market shifts.

Earlier in her career, Roza built a strong HR leadership foundation through senior roles at Malaysia Airports, Lafarge, BASF, and The iA Group, where she developed broad expertise in HR services, payroll transformation, HR systems, process improvement, and large-scale people operations. Taken together, her career reflects a leadership journey shaped by operational depth, strategic people management, and a strong ability to build HR functions that support both business performance and employee growth.
