Before joining City University Malaysia, Amelia served as Senior Business Development Manager at foundit, where she worked closely with organisations across multiple industries to deliver recruitment solutions, expand strategic client relationships, and promote innovative talent acquisition platforms. Earlier, she was Business Development Manager at EXSTO, leading market expansion, client engagement, tender management, and strategic partnerships across the design and construction sectors.
Her career also includes valuable experience as a freelance Headhunter, supporting organisations across engineering, information technology, finance, architecture, project management, and human resources. Earlier at JobStreet Malaysia, she played a key role in establishing the SEEK Select recruitment division, delivering end-to-end recruitment services while building expertise in executive search, client management, and recruitment consulting.
