With over two years of dedicated experience in governance and supply chain enablement, Abidzar brings a strong foundation in procurement operations, policy implementation, and supplier relationship management across large-scale infrastructure and national development projects.
In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, governance plays a far more critical role than often recognized within strategic supply chain management. It serves as the backbone that ensures transparency, accountability, and ethical decision-making across every stage of procurement and supplier engagement. Through well-structured governance frameworks, organizations are able to minimize operational risks, enforce compliance, and strengthen trust across internal stakeholders and external partners.
In his current role at EDOTCO Group, Abidzar supports supply chain governance initiatives by implementing, maintaining, and enhancing policies and procedures across both group and national tower company operations. His work ensures that procurement processes are not only efficient but also aligned with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and long-term sustainability objectives.
Previously, he gained valuable experience at LAKSANA (Agensi Pelaksanaan Ekonomi & Koordinasi Strategik Nasional), where he was involved in procurement execution within government-linked projects, strengthening his expertise in structured procurement systems and compliance-driven operations. His earlier experience with China Communications Construction Co., Ltd. and China Harbour Engineering Co., Ltd. further developed his capabilities in managing procurement activities across major infrastructure projects, including railway and marine developments.
This blend of infrastructure exposure and governance-focused procurement experience positions him strongly in driving supplier relationship excellence and reinforcing governance frameworks within complex operational environments.
