En. Shahir began his professional journey in 2007 with ExxonMobil Malaysia Incorporated, where he gained extensive exposure to upstream exploration and production activities.
Throughout his career, he has held a variety of progressively responsible roles within supermajor and international oil and gas companies, working across multidisciplinary teams and contributing to complex projects in both domestic and international environments.
